The casino was clean. The slot machines paid well. Staff are friendly.
Went for the tattoo convention in November. It was a great location!
Hallways have been updated - but rooms still feel on the older side. Everything mostly works, just not new & spiffy like the hall carpet & lighting.
Rooms are nice, food is good, staff is helpful, I'll probably be back lol
The rooms were clean and roomy, and frontdesk and housekeep were exceptionally helpful as always, but the only thing was the air conditioner didn't work 100%

The LCO Lodge is a very clean and very modern hotel/lodge with many accommodations such as a pool access to meeting rooms Wi-Fi and restaurant that's attached to the casino.
Hayward is such a friendly place, the people, the casino just the whole experience, the casino itself is so inviting, the staff were very helpful. The lodge is convenient to the casino. Loved it. Oh, and the food was excellent. The entertainment was also top notch!
